Moving Averages, Death and Golden Crosses, Drawdown, RSI, and Volatility
Bitcoin has had a surprising resurgence lately:
But, perhaps it shouldn’t be that surprising as Bitcoin, even in long declining periods, has historically seen “mini” rallies along the way down:
The fact of the matter is, this decline is nothing compared to what just happened four years ago after the 2017 run up:
And this current rally certainly stands out on the RSI plot:
Though, volatility has been pretty normal:
I’m not the right person to ask about where Bitcoin goes next as the 2018 crash is still so fresh in my mind. I am bearish and do not expect a new all-time high in the short term.
However, if it does hit another high, then the continued upside could be explosive. So, like anything else crypto related, high risk and high reward : )
